Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Go to Settings on your iPhone > Your Name > Subscriptions > Caloringo to manage or cancel your subscription.

Try taking a clearer photo with good lighting. Make sure all food items are visible. You can also manually adjust the results or search for the food in our database.

Refunds are processed through Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and select the purchase you'd like to request a refund for.
